Foothills Land Conservancy is seeking a full-time field biologist.  The Assistant’s primary responsibilities will be to assist the Land Director in all aspects of creating Baseline documents and in the stewardship of easement properties.  Examples of key tasks the Assistant will be involved in include site visits to properties to collect and later process biological data, monitoring site visits, developing reports, GIS mapping, research related to projects and organizing and storing all project materials. The Conservation Assistant will work closely with the Land Director primarily, and also the Executive Director, on all aspects of conservation easement projects, as well as other needs that may arise for the Conservancy. The Conservancy is based near Maryville, TN.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
